|2013 Transgender Law Institute|
The National LGBT Bar Association will be hosting a Transgender Law Institute as part of its annual Lavender Law Career Fair and Conference.
The Institute will allow experienced practitioners and academics focusing on legal issues affecting the transgender community to share their collective wisdom and to discuss cutting-edge legal strategies.
To create an environment that encourages the free flow of information, registration is limited. The meeting will be closed, the proceedings will not be recorded, and the Institute does not qualify for continuing legal education (CLE) credit.
To help guarantee that the level of discourse remains at a high level, and to ensure that all participants are able to contribute meaningfully to the conversation, we are asking that interested parties submit their information on the following application. Please indicate whether you are interested in working on planning and setting the agenda for this event.
Attendance at the Transgender Law Institute requires registration for the LGBT Bar Association Conference, and there is no separate or "one-day" attendance fee for the Transgender Law Institute.
You will not be asked for payment information at this time. A Transgender Law Institute volunteer will contact you with further details if you have been selected to participate.
